Heat it add onion fry till it is looking like glass,add tomato and fry for 2 minutes, then add bell pepper fry for few minutes. &lt;br /&gt;Then put pasta &amp;amp; add salt mix together. &lt;br /&gt;Keep the flame in low, then add pasta sauce. Method  &lt;br /&gt;Take a skillet and heat the oil, then add the cut potato, cut green chilies and the curry leaves. &lt;br /&gt;Lower the gas and cover the skillet for a couple of minutes to let the potatoes cook. &lt;br /&gt;After the potato is cooked add the pureed tomatoes and fry it for 5 min or till it dries a little bit, then add the water, salt and turmeric and let it boil. &lt;br /&gt;When it starts boiling add the whole slices one by one, pushing it on side so as all slices get soaked nicely. &lt;br /&gt;Now simmer for 5-7 min. chilies&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoon yeast&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 teaspoon oil&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;Shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese &lt;br /&gt;Toppings of your choice.&lt;br /&gt;For the pizza sauce: &lt;br /&gt;1 16 oz tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon red chili powder or cayenne powder&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste Method&lt;br /&gt;For the Pizza base&lt;br /&gt;Soak yeast in hot water for 5 minutes or until it foams on the surface. &lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients except yeast well. &lt;br /&gt;Add yeast and again mix well. &lt;br /&gt;Add water to prepare soft dough.&lt;br /&gt;Cover the dough and set it aside for at least 11/2 hour or until it doubles itself in size.&lt;br /&gt;For the Sauce&lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients to the tomato sauce.&lt;br /&gt;For Pizza&lt;br /&gt;Preheat Oven to 400 F. (this is a must) &lt;br /&gt;Take the dough as it is without trying to blend it again on a pizza pan or cookie pan. &lt;br /&gt;With a rolling pin roll the dough to the edges. &lt;br /&gt;Spread a thick layer of sauce on the dough. &lt;br /&gt;Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese on it. &lt;br /&gt;Garnish with the toppings. When it splutters, add urad dal, jeera curry leaves,turmeric powder and hing powder. Now add the cut onions and fry it. &lt;br /&gt;Once the onions become translucent add the prepared potatoes and cooked peas. &lt;br /&gt;Mix garam masala and salt.cover and reduce the heat and allow it to cook for 8 minutes.Then garnish it with coriander leaves. This is the curry for the filling. Keep it aside. &lt;br /&gt;Now the pastry sheet would have cooled down. Arrange the puffs in the baking tray and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes. Available in most chinese food shops and supermarkets &lt;br /&gt;3-4 eggs. &lt;br /&gt;Oil for stir frying &lt;br /&gt;Method  &lt;br /&gt;Combine first six ingredients in a blender. Then boil in a saucepan on low heat stirring continuously till you obtain a medium thick sauce. Keep aside.  &lt;br /&gt;Take a wok and add 1-2 tablespoon of oil. Heat on high flame. When they splutter add the fennel seeds. Fry for about 30 seconds and add the smashed potato. Add garam masala, turmeric and salt. Mix everything well and keep on flame for about a minute. Remove from gas and allow it to cool a little bit, say for about 5 minutes.  &lt;br /&gt;Now take the square piece of the pastry puff sheet and put some of the potato mixture in the centre.  &lt;br /&gt;Dip your finger in water and apply water on all the four sides of the sheet so that the sides can be stuck.  &lt;br /&gt;Now fold the square piece diagonally, in the shape of a triangle. Make the remaining squares pieces in the similar way.  &lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.  &lt;br /&gt;Place the made pastries in a baking tray and bake it for approximately 20 minutes or until the puffs are golden in color.
